Just as pretty was the ride from Inebolu to Kastamonu, over a mountain range with lots of forest onto a plateau of green plains with colorful flowers. The road was also much better again. I was driving till the sun stood very low which gave the landscape an extra nice flavor I enjoyed it a lot driving in the sunset and it was very calming and satisfying.
It would have been nice to camp there but I didn’t see any camping grounds, so I drove into Kastamonu when it was dark already. I asked in several hotels but they were all booked out. I thought I had to drive into another town but while leaving I saw one more hotel. I went to check and fortunately they had a room for me.
