I wasn’t sure whether to stay a day in a camping on one of the peninsulas or whether to head straight for Kavala. I decided to drive a full circle on Sithonia peninsula and if I found something nice I would stay. Actually there were pretty nice places and beaches but all the camping’s were packed full with Greek tourists (I didn’t experience Greek people as very friendly or open, though I met some helpful ones as well) that I decided to drive to Kavala.
